Privacy Policy

SwingDNA is designed with privacy at its core. The app analyses your golf swing using sensors on your Apple Watch and iPhone. All swing data is processed and stored entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

SwingDNA does not collect any personally identifiable information. The app accesses the following sensor data solely on your device: • Accelerometer and gyroscope data from your Apple Watch (wrist motion during swings) • Accelerometer and gyroscope data from your iPhone (hip rotation during swings) • Optional Bluetooth data from a paired Square Golf launch monitor (ball and club metrics) This data never leaves your device.

All swing recordings, analysis results, pro matches, training progress, and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone using on-device storage. No cloud syncing, no accounts, no external databases. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.

SwingDNA does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address. The app is fully functional without any form of registration.

SwingDNA does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of behavioural tracking.

If you choose to connect a Square Golf launch monitor, the Bluetooth communication occurs directly between your iPhone and the launch monitor. No data from this connection is transmitted to any external server.

SwingDNA does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for use by golfers of all ages.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Since we collect no user data, we have no way to notify you directly. We recommend checking this page periodically.
