About SwingDNA
Tour-level swing intelligence, built for the watch and phone already in your pocket.
SwingDNA is a biomechanical golf swing analysis app built natively for Apple Watch and iPhone. It fuses motion data from your wrist, your pocket, and an optional launch monitor with a single phone video of your swing, then applies a Kalman filter to reconstruct a full biomechanical signature: tempo, wrist angles, hip rotation, and the kinematic sequence that links them. From that signature, SwingDNA matches you to the professional golfer whose swing is biomechanically closest to yours, scores every swing with an honest floor, uncertain band, and ceiling, and builds a personalised training plan of drills and routines to close the gap.
It is built for golfers of every level, from complete beginners chasing a consistent strike to low-handicap players who want tour-level feedback between lessons. No account, no cloud, and no extra hardware are required. Everything is processed on-device, so your swing data never leaves your phone. An Apple Watch enriches the readout, but you can start with video alone and add the watch whenever you are ready.
SwingDNA is built by a small team in London, drawing on published biomechanics research, Apple's HealthKit and CoreMotion frameworks, and years of on-course testing. Our mission is simple: bring tour-level coaching intelligence to every golfer, using the watch and phone already in their pocket, with privacy at the core.
